As fall settles in and we reflect on what we’re thankful for, we’re reminded that giving back is one of the most meaningful ways to celebrate the season. While we haven’t had the opportunity to volunteer with Feeding Tampa Bay yet this year, we’re proud that our real estate business continues to make an impact in another powerful way — through every home we sell.

🧡 Making an Impact, One Home at a Time

At Impact Realty Tampa Bay, giving back isn’t just something we do once a year — it’s part of our mission. With every closing, Impact Realty donates the equivalent of 500 meals to Feeding Tampa Bay, helping feed families right here in our community.

So fat this year, your Tampa Bay Duo has sold 20 homes, which means 10,000 families fed thanks to our amazing clients!

Each time we celebrate a new homeowner, we’re also celebrating another opportunity to give back and help families in need across Tampa Bay.

Feeding Tampa Bay works tirelessly to fight hunger and provide meals to families throughout our region. We’ve had the privilege of volunteering with them in past years — stocking shelves, organizing donations, and seeing firsthand the impact they make every single day.
